fished lower on mon 21st, and upper thurs 24th,lower- cloudy water was tea colored as usual, fishing was tough 2 of us caught 6 bass all about 12 inches all on spinnerbaits in 3-4 fow, these fish wouldnt hit anything unless it was moving,Upper-caught near 20 bass none were more than 12 inches all caught on senkos, spinnerbaits, rattletraps, alot of action but no size,it was sunny out and most fish were caught around noon,my father caught a good 4 pounder on a diff boat, and couldnt help but to brag about it all day-caught on rattletrap, there was gun shots going off all day at that farm across the lake kinda creepy.

I've had action draggin a big Ol' Monster Zoom Black worm through the weeds there. As I would punch the pads I'd cast out the 10 inch worm and rig it weightless and set the drag real tight on my Penn 920. Had some run with it for a while but I guess a 6/0 Owner hook is not big enough so I am on the hunt for a 7/0 or 8/0. |
