This really applies to a number of different species of fish. We made an instruction video on how to fillet a walleye. This 7+ pound walleye was caught this morning at Lake Saltonstall on a new lure called the jigwobbler. I hope this is educational for those of you who don't know how to fillet a walleye. It can also be good for those of you who may not fillet your fish the same way. We can always learn something new.
