I bought this rod on a Florida Keys fishing trip because it would have cost too much to bring my rod on the plane. It's comprable to Shakespeare's Ugly Stik Intercoastal in styling, feel, and apparently you can't break the tip on these either. I literally used this rod two times due to the $h!t weather I had when I went there Crying or Very sad
