Water temp: 78-81
Air: 70-80
Wind - ~5mph
Time: 6:30pm-9:45pm
Finally got a "new" trailer and got the boat on it. Went up to Mashapaug Lake w/ WishinIWasFishin. Busy when we launched at 6:30pm but most of the activity was people leaving.
Tried some deep spots w/ dropshot and jig with no luck, then had some success on a rocky bank w/ Wishin picking up a SMB and losing another on a jig; I caught a small LMB.
Moved on to fish a few coves and I had some success with a jitterbug grabbing two LMB both around 2.5-3. Not a lot of action, but it sure beats sitting at home. |

Thanks again for having me aboard. You could also say that I lost another jig !
Mash has claimed 2 of my jigs in the same week. The only one I have left is the one I don't use! _________________ 6.5' Penn Long Beach with a Penn 330Gti for deep sea

You can't be fishing in rocks and not lose a few jigs in the process,...just a fact of life! You guys had some fun and caught a few fish so what's not to like?? _________________ "If people concentrated more on the really important things in life there'd be a shortage of fishing poles."
