I just finished reading about Montauk boat catching 6 small BFT in Hudson. There is some 60 deg water there. _________________ Ed |

If the water looks right I'm thinking of going for a ride the weekend of the 9th. _________________ Ocean 42 Super Sport |

It's an expensive ride too. We never made our 1st trip until 4th of July. I think we all get over excited when we see the surface temp and read a few reports. What you said about finding them is very true. One boat caught a few fish and posted. People don't like to post if they didn't catch.
We will probably go flukin this month _________________ Ed |

Last year there were fish at the edge May 5th. everything I've read says when the water is right the fish are there. This yea bthe waters still a ways off.
I normally wait on my first shark trip until the second week of July. This year I'm in the Star island tournament 6/15. See how it goes. _________________ Ocean 42 Super Sport |
