I went to Bishops Swamp in andover and was on the trail from about 6-730 am. The sun was nice and bright and was heating up the water nicely and I pulled a two pounder out in 18 inches of water in about 20 minutes using the senko. Then the clouds came out and I didn't get any bites so I called it quits thinking they are probably to far out for me to reach from the shore. Then the sun started to come back out for a while so I figured I would try my local pond its smaller so I figure I would have better luck even if its chilly cause I can cast across the entire thing. It is about 830 when I hit the water. About a half hour into working the senko I catch a nice 3 pound bass and then nothing and at 10 I decide to quit. So only two fish but they were nice to catch. And I caught the biggest bass I ever pulled from the local pond so I really enjoyed that.

Its amazing how some of these little ponds can hold these giant fish. The fish are probably so big due to the fact that no one thinks there is anything to catch in there!!!

pretty much its that people fish the wrong end with the wrong equipment at this pond, so it works out great for me cause I have no problem trekking thru the woods to get to a nice spot
