Hey Guys, spring is a comin. So I went out to Union Pond In Manchester yesterday and took about a dozen casts or so w/ a 3" money minnow. Got skunked but its not so bad considering I was only out there for 30 minutes. The wind was just too much.
I was hopeing someone knows a bit about union pond. I know theres smb and lmb in there. The only feedback I found so far is that the west shore holds the bass, so I plan on takin my 10' jon boat out there soon to find em. I'll post any progress too if theres any interest in the little manchester pond. Its just so convenient for me since I live in Manchester so Im really hopeing to find some action there. |

I love union pond! My grandpa used to take me there all the time as a kid! There are some HUGE bass int hat lake! Nobody ever really fishes for them either. Does the town allow canoes or basstenders with electrics??? |

Nothing on it in either the DEP fishing or boating guides,......is it known also by a different name? _________________ "If people concentrated more on the really important things in life there'd be a shortage of fishing poles."

Ive fished in there with my dad in his 19' stratos and his 12' crawdad I called manchester parks and rec and they said it was electric only but you can take what ever you want in there. the shore from the boat launch didint produce much untill we got way up and we got a few small ones then we went across near some big park and got a nice 4lb+ there is a realy nice tree down in that area that might hold some fish too...Im usually free on fridays if you want me to try to show you the pond the best I can. |

Newguy,...
To send a PM (PM = private message that only can be seen by the person you send it to....) all you have to do is click the little button that says "PM" at the bottom of anyone's posts! _________________ "If people concentrated more on the really important things in life there'd be a shortage of fishing poles."
