Well I got up yesterday morning expecting more snow but only 3-4" in Waterbury. So off to lakewood I head out. I was expecting about 7-9 people showing up and only 2 groups did Tommy and Will.
I got set up around 6:15 in the morning all 6 tip ups put out. I was using med Shiners about 1' off the bottom. Right off the bat I start getting flags but most where chew and screws. I did get 1 nice perch at a fat 12" and then a bunch of dinks.
Tommy Showed up just before 8am after shooting the breeze for a bit he starts jigging. Man talk about night and day. Saturday we hammered them Sunday just a few.
ox Showed up around 10am yes Ox you made the video and they had a few flags right off the bat but all dinks.
I ended up with 5 perch countless chew and screws. I had to take off at 11:30 to go to my in-laws. I hope they did better after I left.
FYI Metal Chickened out.

cool video. I have only been ice fishing once and got skunked. I suck at ice fishing.
