Hey Guys,

We have a small club tournament (Empty Lake Bass Club) scheduled on Bashan Lake this coming Sunday Nov. 2nd. We have the permit, and I know it isn't on the list of permitted lakes, but whatever, the DEP warned us that the lake is currently being drawn down, and with the shallow launch area and the shallow narrow channel that enters the lake, that we should check the water level at the end of the week, to see if we can even launch our rigs on Sunday.

Has anybody been there this week, or plan to fish it this week or this coming weekend, that could give us a water level report?

We may need to have a backup plan, like Moodus or Haddam Meadows for Sunday.

Gary, ant (zorro) is going there thursday and mite find out the hard way lol. il be sure to get back to you with his results.

Thanks Guys, but we have changed this to Mooodus. As of Sunday this past wekend, you couldn't even float your boat through the canal leading to the lake it was so shallow.
