Hey guys, I've been lurking the forums here for a few weeks now and i've finally decided to register. --

Woke up early this morning and fished wallingford pretty hard with no luck. Water was pretty murky and cold from the rain yesterday. Couldn't get a bite on anything all morning. Switched to a paddle worm on a shakey head as I was about to leave, and out of nowhere caught this guy.

Best catch of the year so far for me. I was taken by complete surprise on this one.

Good fish... Glad you joined us! Don't you hate it when you try something kinda random right before you leave, catch some fish and say, "Dang, why didn't I fish that earlier?"

Looking forward to some more posts

Keep up the good work

I wish I was a tournament fisher, but I don't own a boat )= . I'd certainly be interested if anyone needed a co-angler for any small tournaments though. Or even if anyone is looking for a ride along angler, i'm always willing to pay for gas.
