Well once again it is uncle johns fishing camp week with my two nephews and we followed up a second place finish in a tournament on the river yesterday with a quiet trip to morey pond...with not mcuh to show for it. Three keepers, two on a 1/4 oz spinnerbait and one on a 3/16 jig.Fish caught in less that 6 -8 feet.Water temps mid to upper 70's with variable winds. _________________ I love rippin on the river!

First handedly observed Johnny Skeeter take a 4+ LMB there on a Brown Jig...Many years ago... I remember it as being the first LMB he had taken on other than Black and Blue jig... So it sicks in the mind....
I may also recall that I schooled him overall... |
