Took the kids out in the boat for the first time (They are 3 and 2yrs old).
Went to Dooley pond in Middletown. I had never been there before. Seems pretty shallow and murky, but we caught 6 bass (All cookie-cutter 1 maybe 1.5 pounds).
That was pretty good for the amount of time our line was actually in the water!
We had a blast though. Here's a few pics.

Looks like a great time. I am afraid to bring my 3 year old on a boat. I feel like he would jump in and try to catch the fish with his hands. |

Surprisingly, they didn't move off the seat. Partly because I prepped them about sitting down the whole way there, and partly because I packed a lot of snacks...
