This probably will be my last post about lake housatonic (no on seems to care anyway) but went out this morning on the lake at 7:30 and off at 10a.m.. Caught a bunch of SMB and lot's of crappie (too many to count) no LMB ? Only got one yesterday . None were anything to write home about all about a pound or so. Funny thing though and keep in mind I am not looking for any but this is the second year I haven't seen any yellow perch. I wonder if the walleye are eating them? I tried using the senko this morning (my son is about the best senko fisherman I know so I figured why not try) God I hate those things everytime you get a crappie you waste one. All the bass were caught on white buzzbate (yeah even with the bright sunlight) seemed like all the crappie wanted was the senkos. Good fishing guys cmorjoe |
