Wintergreen is great for cookie-cutter bass. Once and a while you'll get a 2-3 pounder, but most are a pound and 12-14 inches or so. They started stocking it with trout last year so there are trout in there, and I believe they began stocking it with channel catfish as well. I go there quite often when I only have an hour or so to kill and it's always good for a dozen or so bass each trip.

It's got carry in access. Maybe 50 yards from the lake. There's a dirt road, but the gate is always locked so you have to carry in. Electric motors only.
