i am always looking looking for new places to fish and had my eye on this one for a couple of months. it's a good size pond on 148 across from abner road. this is why i called it abner pond.
had to carry my kayak a 100 yards or so, get across a high guard rail and get in the kayak in a not so easy location... not sure if i would do this again since in a couple of weeks as this pond will be full of weeds...
anyways, fished from 6:30 - 8pm and picked up 5 with the largest going ~2 lbs. all caught on senkos in 1 small stretch of shoreline.
fishing was great until i got attacked by mosquito's!
i have my eye on another body of water but it looks like i can only get to it from i95... |

did you check for Ticks? I have been getting slammed by ticks this year! everywhere i go, i have a tick on me...

i hate those damn things. I generally take a shower right when i get back from fishing and check myself.
