I only had a couple of hours,..but I really wanted to check things out at Gardner so off I went! Gotta say that they really did an awesome job on the launch,..it is dual ramps now with tons of parking both down by the ramps as well as up in the old area which is now the overflow parking lot!
One word of caution,..the concrete dock only has wood buffers and there is nothing on the outside corners,..so if you take a fiberglass boat there, make sure to bring some bumpers and definitely watch out for those corners!
Water temp was about 58 degrees with a fair wind and clearing skies while I was there! I could only fish for 2 hours, but I did get one smallie and one largemouth in addition to a bunch of pickeral. Everything was on a small worm!
ps: 1 jetskier already though! _________________ "If people concentrated more on the really important things in life there'd be a shortage of fishing poles."

Mark,
Thanks for the heads up about the dock.
If anyone has the time, I can supply old fire house that they can bolt/mount the hose on the corners.
Just let me know.
