n8cas, Try slowing down and letting it sit. Also vary your retrieve and let the fish tell you what they want. You'll have better luck soon just keep at it.

Net baits paca chunks are i think key for me. The regular ones in any dark color. I match then up with the skirts. Black and blue with a black an blue chunk.
As was just said, try letting them sit. Bump, twitch, drag, hope and swim. Try it all, eventualy you will get a big bite
