That is a tough question because there are so many lakes with so many different characteristics. But If I had to only choose one, I would have to go with a 6" culprit plastic worm in dark purple or motor oil. Worms work no matter where you go, at that has been my experience. _________________ Sorry honey, looks like we will be late again due to motor problems.

Honestly. I can go out any day of the year and catch a fish on a grub if I fish it all day. The grub is probably the only lure im that confident in. |

I like the same grub lol. Smoke with the black flake.... Kill um on a 1/8oz jighead. Speaking of that, last years opening day tourney the grub helped at lower moo. We got 2 of our 5 on it (only limit of the day) |
