anybody know if u can fish winchester lake now? what other lakes or ponds are open before opening day?

check the fishing rule book....lakes where trout are not stocked are open to fishing. lakes like highland, twin, and candy have closed seasons because of the stocking. check out this link http://www.ct.gov/dep/lib/dep/fishing/anglers_guide/anguide.pdf
