Let me know if you are going to hit the water near there any time soon. I'll try to join up with you if I can squeeze out a few hours.

Hey, Rich! On Monday, we were the only ones who launched out of Sunnyside in Shelton, but we saw at least seven boats that launched out of O'Sullivan's in Derby. I had to put my Jeep into 4-Low to get over the rapidly melting pile of ice and snow on the ramp, but it wasn't a big deal. I'd bet that the ramp is clear, now. Every once in a while, big masses of ice and snow would fall into the water from shore. It was like mini glaciers calving. The fish were there, but didn't want to hit a single jig. Other than five or six that we inadvertently snagged, the one in my photo is the only one we got. Others (e.g., RichZ Rolling Eyes) did really well with umbrella rigs. I'm sure that you would have killed it with yours. Wink
