Hair Jigs

Jerk baits floaters with light weights (sticky) work well
The weights slow down the rise of the jerkbait but, doesnt keep it from floating

I in the past have used a storm kicktail swimbait and success

Maximillion - Yeah, it worked yesterday. But I'd probably throw one at a marlin, too. Shocked

what did you think it said...

They are sticky weights (thats what i call them)
They are thin lead weights with stickem on the back.

I am unsure on the exact weight though

You take them off the wax paper and stick the weight where u want the lure to sink faster (basically)
You could use them on top water lures such as poppers to allow the back end / hook to sit deeper in the water.

$4-$5 for a pack

I found some and figured I'd try them out.

Now its time or getting close to time to update this thread with info of what you are using to catch fish in this cold water.

I hope to get out tomorrow at some point.... maybe

I had some luck at Spring Pond Friday with a white and red marabou jig fished very slowly. One decent bass and a good-sized perch in maybe an hour or so of trying from shore.
