When it comes to fishing at night I have a hard time throwing any thing other than a spinnerbait. But un like most I use mostly 1/4 and 3/8 oz baits and I try to match the color with the bait in the water or the condition of the water. |

I dont even know why I'm posting this after looking at that. Thats a sick ride. I used to fish a Carolina Skiff 16, but now my interests are "golf course" type puddles and "farm ponds" with big fat fish. I had a yak but I wanted more room, and ability to bring a second. I found this Mad River 14 on craigs list and when the guy told me he was moving to NC the next day I paddled it away on his tears for a song. Really comfy seats, and cup holders. Efn cup holders!! Tracks like an arrow with 3 chines, though when solo, I add 40lbs to the bow. 70lbs so it's cake to truck top. 1st season with it and Im out 3 days a week and loving the room.

It's not the nicest boat on the waters, but it's got a lot of character, that's what I like about it. It's a '79 Fisher Marsh Hawk III, with a '79 Mercury classic 50. Pic will be up after I get off work haha. |

I know this is an old thread, but I took a picture the other day and figured I'd add.
My 1994 Bass Tracker Pro Tourny Ed 18' w/90HP Johnson V4.

Well, I finally caved in and bought a boat with a motor. I saw that Watcher (aka Bruce) had posted his 2006 G3 Eagle 165 with a 60 hp four stroke Yamaha outboard motor and a 55 pound thrust Minn Kota trolling motor for sale in the CTFishTalk classifieds, so I gave him a call. He said that although the ad was posted for a few weeks, I was the only person who called. He told me to tell you that your loss is my gain. And I have to say that I agree with him. Whoo hoo!

Nice Peco, so are you getting rid of 1 or both of the yaks now? _________________ There's a fine line between fishing....
