I've seen similar devices before. Some people need all the help they can get... |

New to you, Stephen. It's like the light you use to lure in your little kokanee salmon, but it's the daylight version for bass. I was really disappointed when I read that Kevin VanDam was using a Hydrowave while it was under development, before anyone else had it. It makes the tournament wins he got with it seem kinda cheesy. _________________ Don't forget to wear sunscreen and don't litter! |

Hi Phil,
Well ..... I've been away from bass fishing for quite some time now.
Not up on all the innovations that have come along.
Had a good year fishing for Kokanee.
(LOVE my "Little Silver Bullet Psycho Fish" ! )
Amazing how they can jump clear over a boat more then once, tail walk like a Tarpon, and tear out line like a Bone Fish !
Also unbelivable when they get so angry, being hooked, that they make a suicide run, from yards out, and slam into the side of my boat!
Have 2 dozen packs, frozen in water, for the winter and smoked up dozens of fillets.....most of which I gave away!
That's the reward, as they are fabulous eating !
Kokanee fishing is pretty much over for this year.
I'm now targeting spawning Browns and Fall Crappies.
Also getting my gear ready for Ice Fishing -> Hoping this year will be much better then last.
Oh! If I get into any legal size Pike -> I'll fillet them up for a nice meal -> sweet firm meat and absolutely delicious!

Hi bh,
Yup! ... I've tried but not had much success -> Only caught 4 thru the ice at WH over 3 ice seasons, (excluding last year ...No ice on WH).
Finding the schools is the difficult part as they move alot at WH during the winter for the plakton they feed on.
Out West they do better.
