Started my day Thursday by hitting a small pond.

Stuck with a Texas rigged Sluggo for a while but never had anything hit it.

Then switched over to a 6cm glass minnow Rapala Husky Jerk and caught a dinky bass by using it as a suspending jerkbait.

Later I headed over to the private lake. The lure I stuck with was a custom painted 6cm Rapala X-Rap Shad Shallow. That caught me 3 largemmouths and a few hits. Largemouths ranged from 1 1/2 to 2 pounds.
