I didn't catch anything worth photographing, today, but my father-in-law boated two four pound largemouth bass within a 10 minute period just before noon. I ended up with four bass, my daughter got one, my father-in-law got four and our guide got four. Except for one, all were caught with a weightless soft plastic bait. The other was caught with a bullfrog pattern Spro frog. And, yes, it was the first, and it was mine. We had a pretty good day, considering that a small cold front passed through last night. We're all looking forward to heading out, again, tomorrow. _________________ Don't forget to wear sunscreen and don't litter!

Hi Phil!
Good for you and the family!
Enjoy your stay and the great fishing.
Ice should be all gone by the time you retun to Ct.
Got in contact with DD -> Planing to make a road trip to Gander Mountain in Kingston, NY, for their spring fishing sale, when you return!

Lake Okeechobee was better to me today. But it was even better to my father-in-law. I'll post a report. _________________ Don't forget to wear sunscreen and don't litter! |
