Hello I went on point road yesterday and today. The fish that is popularly being cought is Yellow perch. The only different fish I cought was a sunfish. What I used for perch was one ouce sinkers and snells with nightcrawlers. It is a nice road. But sometimes it takes a while to catch something there I only caught two fish today with a lot of nibbles. Yesterday I caught about six fish. Try the place out. |

I fish there all the time as I live in the area. I never fish from the road as I am always yakking. Way to much fishing pressure from the road. Its pretty much a death sentence for ANY fish on that road as no one practices catch and release.
Sometimes I wonder if my car will be there when I return from yakking but I have never had an incident there. You can catch almost anything in that water which is why I continue to go there. |
