Ok, I'm having trouble putting up an avatar because it says its more than 20KB. I try resizing it in Infranview but it doesn't work (250 pixels). How do you change the KB?? Thanks!

| generally has to do with the quality and overall size of the photo...the 250 pixels may still be too big |

I just found a picture I wanted to use, then opened it in MS Paint. There is a "resize" function on the top left. On the bottom it tells you how many kb the file is, I just kept re-sizing until it was under 20kb. Hope that helps!
