A friend and I will be heading up to Maine the end of the month for a 4 day fishing trip at Lake Cobbosseecontee in Kennebec County, Maine...anyone fished there at all care to share any tips and insight? Places to eat? Things to do? Stuff you "have" to accomplish while in the area? Fishing tips?
We will be staying right on the water on the north end of the lake and looking to have a good time. I've already purchased a top/depth map/nav map for the lake for reference as well... |

Hi!
YES -> IMPORTANT TIP 
At sunset -> What ever the posted speed limit is -> cut it by 50% and use your high beams.
They're called "MOOSE" and they do move around a lot after sunset.
You definitley don't want to run into one of those and have a 800 lb. + animal, that walks on stilts, come thru your windshield
