anyone have a pair of oars that they don't use anymore? i'm looking for a set to use with my 10' jon boat

therieldeal, I have a friend that just purchased some on e-bay,,,He had gotten aluminum ones with the oar locks for 50 bucks,,, I thought that was expensive, but he says they are really nice |

Hi trd1
For a 10' jonboat I'd recommend getting 7ft or 7 1/2ft oars.
With smaller oars you'll work 2x harder than necessary.
Longer oars will make you track straighter.
Check any boatyards near you for a used pair -> seems they always have some laying around -> Also some thrift shops may have some..
