Hey everybody, checking in from New Haven. I found this forum searching for places to fish when I first moved up here from the New York / Pennsylvania area.

I've been fishing for years but I'm just starting to get more serious about it, so I'm approaching it like a complete newbie and trying to relearn the basics instead of just twitching Rapalas and cranking like a robot on an ultralight. I love using fly tackle, too, and I'm not above breaking out the old 6-weight for bluegill once in a while.

Okay, maybe a little more than 'once in a while.'

Mostly fishing around Lake Wintergreen right now, but I also mess around on North Farms Reservoir since I work in Wallingford.
