Only moving water. I still haven't seen less than 16 inches of total ice thickness, anywhere.

| Yup...Farmington River and CT River is all I have seen open. Wethersfield cove is still iced over. |

What's the daily creel limit on strippers? 
Just out of curiosity...how far south would I need to drive to find open lakes & ponds?

Well Kira,
At this point in time and per the continued cold Wx, I would think you'd have to go south to N.J. or Delaware to find any ponds and lakes that have open water.
