My day started by taking my boat out of the garage, cleaning it and the garage. It just amazes me on how much stuff was on the boat. My hunting stuff, gloves, some new tackle.etc.etc.
De-fogged the boat and put her back in the garage..hopefully for not too long.
I grabbed one of rods tie on a jig head and decided to take a ride to my cow pond in Cheshire.
I get there...SWEET. It's open. Put a single tail 4"grub on and kept it simple and slow. Walked around the pond casting every 20 feet or so, shaking the cobb webbs mostly......Bamm!! what the hell...I missed one?? Yep, shit. I missed one
Three casts later.....Can you say AIR..hook set!! Crossed his eyes on that bite!!
Not a monster, a keeper. Nice and healthy, nice stripe and reddder than red gills. 1 1/2 lber. Felt good lippin a fish
Continued my walk, get back to my truck and tied on one of my spiinerbaits with the new blade combo. Threw it a few times...awesome vibration..can't wait for Winni!!!
Of course I have a pic...not great. you'll get the idea. Think I'm taking the boat out on Thursday[img][/img]

Hi Phil!
Me and the wife saw a lot of car topped Kayaks today!
Mostly white water Kayaks -> With the rivers running high and rolly the extremists are itchy for a thrill!
