Hi Grizz!
Welcome aboard!
Went by West Hill (8 minutes from my house) an hour ago 12:00 noon 12/31/10.
Number of people out -> Ice 6-7 inches.
Parking lot and boat ramp not plowed -> best to have 4x4 drive.
