Did the bass hit the jig on the fall, on the bottom or on the retrieve? _________________ Don't forget to wear sunscreen and don't litter! |

I just went there the other day for the first time. I think I was there on monday. I got three bass and had on what I think was a pickeral but it hit at the end of my cast and I couldnt really make out what it was other than it wasnt a bass. Two came on a spinnerbait and one on a senko. I was gonna throw jigs but unfortunately I made a stupid mistake and broke the top 8 inches off my jig rod on my second cast. Needless to say it kinda ruined the trip cause I was disgusted with myself but hooking a couple fish helped. I might head there today if its not shitty weather out.
I fished the whole back shoreline. _________________ You can play on your computer and hang out with your girlfriend if you want....Im gonna go fishin. |

Couple years ago Risleys used to be an awesome place to night fish with poppers, not so much anymore. It's full of 1-2lb bass but I've never seen anything bigger come out of it. |
