fished from 6:30-8:30am and picked up 1 lmb on a texas rigged worm.
fished the northern end deep weed edge with all sorts of plastics (salamander, worm, and crawdad) and colors...nothing.
continued fishing the west shore drop offs and added a jig to the arsenal...nothing.
cut accross the lake just before the beach (since the wind was supposed to pick up and i didn't want to get caught on the far end of the lake) and fished the east shore...nothing and the wind died down.
finished off fishing the north end weed edge and picked up a 6 inch lmb (yes, inches not pounds) on a worm. lucky to get the skunk out of the boat!
air: mid 50's to mid 60's
wind: breeze from north to calm
h2o: high 70's
clouds: clear |

Haha - my Quonni bass from last week was only 7 inches. I threw everything everywhere...locating the fish was impossible. _________________ Kira

Yeah, Pete, that's what I've been saying, too. Damned Earl! _________________ Don't forget to wear sunscreen and don't litter! |
