A few of us decided to get together and fish the river saturday for a few bucks. The fishing was amazing. We had a couple thunfer boomers roll in but it turned out to be really nice. Myself and Joel weighed in 5 fish for 17.75 anchored by a 4.85 largemouth. Second place was alittle over 13lbs. We culled about 35 fish in the 3 to 3 1/2 lb range. The fish came off wood, grass and boat docks on jigs and the good old Rocky Ledge buzzbait. We spent most of our time in the middle sections of the River from middletown down. Water temps we around 78. Awesome day of fishin but I wish it had been an 80 boat tournament..... _________________
