got a 2 hour window before dinner and fish from 3:30-4:30. picked up 3 on sluggo's and senko's in the shallow weeds. 2 of them went over 2 lbs.
great to see lots of other boats/canoes on the water and a great way to end a long weekend.

Yea, my grandparents go out there in kayaks, and they said they always see guys killin' it (not in those words Laughing). I always thought that was just a trout lake. The cove/stream, whatever you wanna call it in the north end of the lake holds TONS of bass during spawn. You could prob walk across the water on them. The landowners don't like people fishing there though, they think they own the fish too. Maybe we'll finally get that canoe this year and get out there for some actionion!

Yeah, there's not much land access if I remember correctly. It sucks because it's maybe 2 minutes up the road from me... maybe borrow the 'yaks... Laughing

I was at cedar today also.
You must have seen me out there on the blue canoe. I spent about three hours on the water with some good results.. Biggest of the day was a 5.2 pounder.

I don't think your pictures loaded properly. But i want to see this 5 lber out of there. What did you get him on?

Next time someone plans on going there, if they want someone to tag along, I live right up the road, so let me know Wink

Okay,
i think I got the pics fixed.

Cedar is a fun little lake. Hopefully it doesn't get too much pressure. I don't think it could handle it.
