Thanks to a tip from fishmedik, I found a spot to make a few casts during lunch break. Crystal clear water, no idea what the temp is. From the bank using a Yum Craw Papi on 6# fluoro. Caught a dink in about 2 FOW then got this guy in about 4 feet.

Totally the perfect lunch. The location was Monce pond, but I need to tell you that a guy came up to me after I was done and told me that 4 people have been arrested for trespassing there. I guess it's private property. Kinda bums me out. I need to find out for sure or go looking for another lunch hole in Bristol!

Ok...I know where it is. Four people died there last year in a canoe. I have fished it before...years ago. There are some huge snapping turtles in there as well. We would fish it with live bait and totally kill it. We'd catch tons of bass. I havent been there in years. There are 4 ponds on that road all private, and they all have nice fish in them.Wish I were a kid again
