I hit gardner lake on friday. Fished from 1 - 5 PM. The water temp was around 58 - 62. The wind was blowing like crazy which made it a nightmare to fish. I caught 4 fat perch and 2 slime darts. My partner caught 4 perch and 1 slime dart. The perch where all caught on empty bass beds. My guess is they where eating the eggs from the bass.
The new launch is probably the nicest I have ever seen in CT. _________________ Sorry honey, looks like we will be late again due to motor problems.
