Heard from a local that the state recently stocked parts of the local TMA so seeing I had Sunday off, I headed over there arriving just after 4:30pm. Wore my new Frogg Toggs Hellbender stockingfoot waders with Frogg Toggs Rana cleeting wading boots.

Started up at the Merritt and threw a variety of Rapalas and inlines. 1 certain lure I had 2 followers with was a 1/4 ounce red & black pattern Rooster Tail style custom made spinner.

Later I head down to the hone hole where I beat the skunk with a hot mustard muddler FLR-6 and had a follower on the spinner.

Once I tried most spots at the honey hole with a variety of lures and not having any more luck, I headed downstream more and stuck with the spinner and FLR-6 bt didn't get into any more action.

Headed back to the bike around 6:15pm.

Trout was an 11" brown.
