Tried to post up at some deepwater wrecks mid-sound to get some blues. Soaked bunker chunks for 2.5 hours on the outgoing with a few runs here and there, no hook ups.
Baits were coming in with bites about 2 inches wide (1-3 lbs blues).
Bunker was loaded from Cedar Marina all the way out to Fayerweather Light. |

I was out there Monday and had the same luck. Catching an anchor was a pain in the ass with the wind and current. |

Tides will be right for me starting Thursday into Monday so I guess I'll be bringing smaller lures and my 7'6" setup to the honey hole. |

RL,
bummer about the results. Much appreciated that you posted. Typically this time of the year BH is old reliable for blues. Then again, this is far from a typical year! Good news on the bunker, something's gotta happen soon!
