I thought I bought the combo fishing lic, but when I check it says inland. Would this cover me if I went offshore in the thames? My 2013 says allwater, but I bought the combination hunting and don't know if that would matter. |

I asked the DEEP about upgrading an Inland fishing license to an All Waters fishing license:

There is no upgrading. He will have to purchase the Marine Fishing license for $10.00.
