Hey Folks, just looking for a confirmation on a catch at sunset yesterday. Is this a Rock Bass??? It was about 8 inches long with large red eyes, even without the light on it. If it's a Rock Bass, then everything else that I caught were little Small Mouths - at least 10 in the 6 to 9 inch range. It didn't fight as hard as the rest, but it was the first I ever caught that looked like this. I was fishing the Shetucket River and sorry for the picture quality - I was racing the sunset.
