Went and fished Wyassup tonight. This is very close to my house and I probably fish it 99% of the time. It was a crap night. I got about a few bluegill, two pickerel, but not a single bass! This lake is always very productive. Even the bluegill and pickerel bite was off from what it normally is.
We had a line of SEVERE thunderstorms roll thru about 2hrs before I went out. I'm thinking the sudden drop in pressure shut things down. It's supposed to be great weather all day tomorrow. I'll give it another try tomorrow evening.

| Went back out last night 5/26. Still zero bass activity. I killed the bluegills on a Rebel wee crawdad. Wyassup has some VERY big bluegill. I was fishing the shallows off the bank during the last 2 hrs of day light. It was a good night despite the lack of bass. |
