| I have asked this question before, last year but is there anyone who fishes tournaments that would take a partner/non boater. Or are there any tournaments this year taking non boater not already paired with a boater. |

and a hundred other clubs in Connecticut that are governed by BASS. They're required to open their boats to non boaters. I belong to Housatonic Valley Bass Masters and were always looking for non boaters.
