Launched Charles Demar (Native Manta Ray 12) at Silver Lake on Saturday, April 12 at 11:30.

A strong southern breeze was reaking havoc on my outbound ride, but I was able to hit the western side of the lake without much issue,

There were about 10 fishing boats already out on the water, along with some canoe fishermen.

Being that it was my first trip in this kayak, it was more of a testing period than a fishing trip. At least that was what I told myself when I got skunked for the day.

However it was a nice couple of hours and I love my new yak, over the Nucanoe I sold. The Nucanoe was second to none in stability but was just too cumbersome for transporting.

I attached a pic of the launch but I have no idea if it will work.
