I'll probably be ice fishing for two more weekends before starting to target trout. I love spring fishing in the Salmon and Farmington rivers. Hopefully they will be stocked soon so we can start heading out to the TMAs. Tight lines! |

I'm getting ready to check out the Mill River TMA soon. Last year around this time is when I caught a holdover brown and had many other fish come up and back down. That was before they did the late Feb/early March stocking. |

It's more rewarding to catch a holdover than a stockie. Try this weekend. You might not catch anything but if you do it will be prettier than a tank fish. _________________ Trust me. Use waxworms ! |
