I finally figured out how to get up my avatar after a day and a half. But resizing my pictures/ images then having them sent back to my email then cut and pasting them back on the site I can do but I'm stuck on how to put these resized photos into an ? Album? then how to placing the photos / images into a post is proving difficult. A lot of work even for a so- so guy(me) that knows a little bit about posting stuff. I have sympathy for others( esp.elders) trying to do the same. It would be so much easier if I could just hit the g2lmg in the top bar of options and choose my photos /images from my library and upload. It looks like this ability won't happen soon. I will still post on fishing adventures but until uploading
photos becomes easier there will be no photos because I still can't figure it out. I understand that this site is still in its infancy stages. So I will wait and see what happens and hopefully it will become more user friendly, posting images. At this time it's too much effort even for the average computer minded ( like me ) to go thru. Normally all I have to do is double tap my iPhone and it states insert photo/video then I'm good to go but it's not happening on this site. All I get for options are copy/paste/select/select all/replace and define. No ability to attain my images from my own iPhone library which is of no problem when it comes to sending photos with email or Facebook. Why can't it be easier here??
