They are stocked into several lakes in the state,...and of course they're in the CT River. I've caught them in Beach and Gardner,..so I know those two for sure. I think that a few of your western CT lakes have them too but I don't know which ones offhand! The state's CT Anglers Guide should list them.
I'm no expert,..but I think that during the day they usually like to pull out to deeper water and then move up into the shallows to feed more at night! I only caught them by mistake while fishing for bass! _________________ "If people concentrated more on the really important things in life there'd be a shortage of fishing poles."

Gardner, Lake Housatonic, Squantz Pond and Saltonstal also have them.
Ive only caught a few, and they were at Squantz Pond durring the night.
Ive gone a couple time looking for them, but ended up getting bored and going for LMB _________________ Thar aint NO fish in here !!!!!!!! |

Coventry lake also has Walleye. They used to be stocked in Rogers as well, but were not doing well, so the DEP stopped putting them in there. I believe there are still a few in Rogers though. _________________ Life's Short - Fish Hard - Take a Kid Fishing |
