Hit the sandbar at Remington with my waders on starting around 5:45pm. Low tide for Bridgeport was scheduled for 6:26pm. Setup was a 7 foot MH Daiwa Procyon Penn Sargus 4000.
Lures I played with included mullet Saltwater Skitter Pop SSP-9, blue sardine Saltwater X-Rap SXR-10, pearl grey shiner Flat Rap FLR-10, original pearl shad FLR-10, purpledescent Clackin Minnow CNM-9, flake ayu Max Rap MXR-13, flake purple ghost Max Raop MXR-15, and chrome purple black MXR-15.
All that happened was lost a fish within a few seconds after an explosion on the SSP-12. Fish seemed to be a nice size. Other than that I never had anymore hits, swirls, or explosions on any lures.
Hit the road around 8:15pm. |
